Payment & Cancellation Policy

Flexible Change Policy:
We understand these are unusual times and you may need to reschedule the dates of your stay. If you need to change your reservation dates, you are welcome to do so with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. In the event we are unable to reschedule your visit due to availability, your payment will be held as a credit until there is a date that works well for you and will be held for up to 24 months. Requests to reschedule your stay made within 7 days prior to your arrival date will result in the loss of the $3,000 deposit and your remaining balance will be held on file as a credit for use within 24 months.

Flexible Cancellation Policy: Program cancellations received prior to 40 days of your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund. Program cancellations received prior to 14 days of your scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a 10% cancellation fee. Program cancellations received within 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a 10% cancellation fee and your $3,000 deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals / Early Departures: Please let us know if your arrival or departure dates change. There are no credits or refunds for late arrival or early departures.

Arlene Sandoval

Assistant Guest Experience Coordinator

Arlene Sandoval is a San Diego native with over fifteen years of professional
experience working alongside C-level executives in major corporations in the San Diego
area. Arlene was mentored and trained by top-level executives at two major Fortune
500 companies. She was offered an executive-level position when she was twenty-five,
making her the youngest person offered the International Executive Communications
Position. By twenty-eight, Arlene felt pulled toward the non-profit sector and became
Chief Operation Officer of an International non-profit with a focus on social justice
reform and media; helping to build communities of hope in war-torn countries. Arlene
helped restructure, create, and manage a multi-million dollar budget. She created new
policies and procedures to help the corporation comply with California 501(c)3 non-profit
laws and regulations. During this time she gained invaluable knowledge in the private
and public sectors.
