Our wellness estate includes the main house and 4 separate guest houses (all with full kitchen and living area), separate state-of-the-art fitness center and movement studio with private offices for 1:1 consultations with our expert clinicians, biohacking recovery room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis and basketball court, 40-acres of hiking trails, and chefs garden. All buildings are being fully renovated and updated, with a total of 13 bedrooms, 11.5 bathrooms.

Fitness Center and Movement Studio

A 2,000 sq. ft. building featuring a fully equipped state-of-the-art fitness center, a dedicated yoga and movement studio, a biohacking recovery room, three private offices for individual consultations with our wellness clinicians, a well-appointed kitchen, and a bathroom complete with a walk-in shower.

Ocean Villa – VeraVia Headquarters

A 1,000 sq. ft. house with an elegant lounge and a versatile workshop presentation area, accompanied by a welcoming check-in desk, and a tastefully designed guest dining room.

Outdoor Amenities

Our private wellness estate has a number of outdoor amenities for our guests to enjoy during their stay. These include our outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi with sweeping mountain views, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, outdoor dining area, and 40 acres of hiking trails.
