VeraVia Payments & Details

Deposit: A $2,000 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your arrival date.

Change Policy: We understand that life happens, and sometimes you have to change your start date. In this case you are welcome to do so as long as we have availability the day you’d like to change it to. In the event we do not have availability for the date you would like to change your start date to, we will keep your payment as a credit until there is a date that works for you. There are no credits or refunds for early departures.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. All reservations canceled within the 7 days will result in a credit to be used at VeraVia at a later date, at a time when we have availability.

Financing: We currently do not offer any direct financing. To apply for third party financing we suggest CareCredit. You can apply online here.

Insurance: Our program is not covered by insurance. We are unable to provide procedural or diagnostic codes for any portion of your stay, or special billing above and beyond our normal receipt of purchase.
