Wellness Retreat Payment Details

VeraVia Payment Details

Deposit: All reservations require a $2,000 deposit upon booking.  The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel your stay with us more than 30 days prior to your arrival date you will receive a refund of your package price minus our 10% cancellation fee.  All cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date will receive a refund minus our 10% cancellation fee and your $2000 deposit will be held for one calendar year so you are able to rebook your stay with us.

Change Policy: We understand that life happens and your dates may need to change.  If you need to change your date you are welcome to do so with a minimum of 7 day’s notice and we have availability for your new requested dates.  In the event we are unable to reschedule your visit due to availability your payment will be held as credit until there is a date that works for you.  Changes made within the 7 day window prior will result in the loss of deposit of $2000 and remaining balance will be held as credit for a rescheduled date.

Late Arrivals / Early Departures: Please let us know if your arrival or departure dates change.  There are no credits or refunds for late arrival or early departure.

Financing: We currently do not offer any direct financing.

Insurance: Our program is not covered by insurance and we are unable to provide procedural or diagnostic codes for services included in your package.  Additional services and sessions applicable are available for separate receipt.
