VeraVia Payment Details
Deposit: Your reservation requires a $3,000 deposit (per person) at the time of booking. Remaining program balance is due 40 days prior to your arrival date.
Flexible Change Policy: We understand these are unusual times and you may need to reschedule the dates of your stay. If you need to change your reservation dates, you are welcome to do so with a minimum of 7 day’s notice. In the event we are unable to reschedule your visit due to availability, your payment will be held as a credit until there is a date that works well for you and will be held for up to 24 months. Requests to reschedule your stay made within 7 days prior to your arrival date will result in the loss of the $3,000 deposit and your remaining balance will be held on file as a credit for use within 24 months.
Flexible Cancellation Policy: Program cancellations received prior to 40 days of your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund. Program cancellations received prior to 14 days of your scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a 10% cancellation fee. Program cancellations received within 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a 10% cancellation fee and your $3,000 deposit will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals / Early Departures: Please let us know if your arrival or departure dates change. There are no credits or refunds for late arrival or early departure.
Financing: For guests interested in financing, we do work with a 3rd party company that offers financing specifically for health and wellness services. After a simple online application you will receive available financing options within minutes. If interested please inquire with our program advisor for more details.
Insurance: Our program is not covered by insurance and we are unable to provide procedural or diagnostic codes for services included in your package. Additional services and sessions applicable are available for separate receipt.
