Wellness Retreat Payment Details

VeraVia Payment Details

Deposit: A $2,000 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. All reservations canceled within the 14 days will result in a credit to be used at VeraVia at a later date, at a time when we have availability.

Change Policy: We understand that life happens, and sometimes you have to change your start date. In this case you are welcome to do so with a minimum 7 days notice and as long as we have availability the day you’d like to change it to. In the event we do not have availability for the date you would like to change your start date to, we will keep your payment as a credit until there is a date that works for you. If you have to change your dates within 7 days of your arrival, you will receive a credit for you stay minus the $2,000 deposit.

Late Arrivals / Early Departures: There are no credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Financing: We currently do not offer any direct financing.

Insurance: Our program is not covered by insurance. We are unable to provide procedural or diagnostic codes for any portion of your stay, or special billing above and beyond our normal receipt of purchase.
