For guests that stay longer than one week, we design a program that builds on the week before so you’re not just repeating the same workshops and activities. Those wanting to set new lifestyle habits will typically stay for a minimum of three weeks to achieve optimum results.
Regardless of which package you choose, you’ll leave with a comprehensive action plan to maintain your progress at home. All packages allow for daily spa time, with individual spa services available for an additional fee.
