As a previous guest of VeraVia, you’ll receive our at-home after-care coaching, including access to our staff for tips, information, and personal guidance as you ease back into your daily life. This high level of personal support provides the additional accountability and help needed for long-term success.
Each guest staying one week or more will receive a personalized take home action plan that takes into account your lifestyle, fitness levels, exercise preferences, nutritional preferences, and future goals. We make your nutrition plan easy to follow so you won’t have to count calories or points. This comprehensive continued results plan serves as your “roadmap” for continued success!
